Tricky Royalty Policies Effective: February 2026 Cancellation & Rescheduling Individual Sessions: 24-hour notice required. Cancellations within 24 hours forfeit the session. No-shows charged in full. One free reschedule allowed with 24-hour notice (rebook within 30 days). Emergency exceptions considered case-by-case. Group Calls: Cannot be rescheduled individually. Recordings available within 24 hours. Workshops: 7+ days = full refund/credit; 3-7 days = 50% refund/full credit; <3 days = credit only. Payment & Billing Accepted: Credit/debit cards, Venmo, CashApp, PayPal. Payment plans available for packages over $500. Packages: Payment due at booking. Sessions expire in 6 months, non-transferable. Membership ($99/month): Billed monthly on same date. Failed payments suspend access after 3 days ($15 fee applies).
