Join us for Menopause Mommas: Restorative Yoga on Sunday, March 29th as we create a sacred space dedicated to relaxation, healing, and honoring our bodies through this beautiful transition.
We're thrilled to welcome Porsh'a from Free Spirited Yogis who will guide us through a gentle, restorative practice designed specifically with menopause in mind. Whether you're dealing with stress, sleepless nights, joint pain, or just need to reconnect with yourself—this session is your sanctuary.
